A New Day Auctions offers complete Estate Auctions, Real Estate Auctions, Charity Auctions, Business Liquidation Auctions and Personal Property Appraisal services.

Estate Auctions:
Settling an estate can be a difficult time for families, often it's necessary because a close relative has passed away or moved into a nursing home. We have been through these events in our personal lives as well and want to help in any way we can. We believe that an auction is not only the fastest but also the fairest way to distribute your family's treasures. We can hold your estate auction on the premises, a lot of interest can be generated if you choose to auction the contents as well as the home. Alternately we can move the property to an outside location for the auction, if it's a smaller estate we may combine with other estates to generate the most interest in the auction. We generally hold estate, collectibles, and antique auctions once per month. We can also offer to buy the entire estate if you need to generate the capital immediately.

Real Estate Auctions:
From the family farm to the house on the corner more and more real estate is sold at auction today than ever before, and there's no sign of it slowing down! With our unique marketing strategy you're sure to find qualified buyers interested in your property. Most times real estate is sold at auction with reserve, that means that we will identify the highest bidder and present you with their offer, you're under no obligation to accept the offer if it falls below your desired price. We do believe that the auction process reveals the true market value of your property!

Fund Raising / Charity Auctions:
An auction can be a great way to generate funds for many charitable organizations, we can help organize, market, and run your fundraiser. Joshua's 20 years of DJ and MC experience adds a great cohesiveness to the event if a dance, or just some great music is wanted for part of the event. Donated items are just part of the fundraiser, let us help you come up with creative ways to generate funds for special needs, such as computers for students, or even help to build a research facility, the possibilities are endless!

Business Liquidation Auctions:
Going out of business is a difficult time for the business owners, we will inventory and list all items for sale online as well as in print advertising directed to customers who need what you're selling. We'll handle any title and lien searches and get your assets liquidated in a fast and professional manner.

Personal Property Appraisal:
Both Joshua and Kendra are USPAP trained and certified Personal Property Appraisers, whether you need your personal property appraised for insurance reasons or anything else we can help!
