| AUCTION TERMS: The buyer of the Real Estate will enter into a non-contingent “AS -IS” purchase agreement on the day of the auction. The down payment will be $15,000 per parcel in the form of a non-refundable cashiers check. The cashiers check can be made out to Fladeboe Auctions. A 6% Buyers premium will apply to the final bid price. A 1% Broker participation fee will be paid to the Broker/Agent that represents the successful buyer. Brokers/Agents must register their buyer 48 hours prior to the auction and provide Fladeboe Auctions a buyers representation form dated on or before November 1, 2009.
