Balance is due at closing on or before September 4th, 2009. A 5% Buyers Premium applies which will be added to the final price to become the purchase price. Sale is non-contingent; failure to close will result in forfeiture of the earnest money. Buyer must secure necessary financing approval prior to the auction.
