The successful high bidder upon completion of the Real Estate Auction must complete and sign a purchase agreement and render a $7,500.00 earnest money deposit in the form of a cashiers check, certified funds or a personal check. Out of area buyers need prior auction company approval on personal checks. Checks will be made payable to Kvamme Real Estate. Balance will then due upon closing or approx. 30 days on or before. 5% buyers premium applies which will be added to the final price to become the purchase price. Sale is non-contingent; failure to close will result in forfeiture of the earnest money. Buyer must secure all necessary financing approval required prior to auction.
