TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REAL ESTATE AUCTION: The Real Estate will be sold at public auction Friday August 22, 12:30pm. Bidders will be required to register and sign terms/conditions prior to or day of the auction. The successful high bidder upon completion of the Real Estate Auction must complete and sign a purchase agreement and render a $2500.00 earnest money deposit in the form of a cashiers check, certified funds or a personal check with prior auction company approval or a bank letter of approval stating prequalification for the property. Checks will be made payable to Kvamme Real Estate. Balance will then be due at closing approx. 30 days, on or before. 5% buyers premium applies. 5% will be added to the final price to become the purchase price. Sale is non-contingent; failure to close will result in forfeiture of the earnest money. Buyer must secure necessary financing approval prior to the auction. Sale is subject to approval and acceptance of the Estate Attorney. The property is sold “As Is, Where Is”, please inspect the property before bidding.
