6:00pm. Bidders will be required to register and sign terms/conditions prior
to or day of the auction. The successful high bidder upon completion of the
Real Estate Auction must complete and sign a purchase agreement and render a
$2,500.00 earnest money deposit in the form of a Cashiers check, Certified
funds or a personal check with prior auction company approval, Checks will
be made payable to Kvamme Real Estate. Balance is due at closing on or
before August 28th, 2009. A 5% Buyers Premium applies which will be added to
the final price to become the purchase price. Sale is non-contingent;
failure to close will result in forfeiture of the earnest money. Buyer must
secure necessary financing approval prior to the auction. Sale is subject to
