Checks will be made to Kvamme Real Estate. Balance will then be due at closing approx. 30 days, on or before. 5% buyers premium applies. 5% will be added to the bid price to become the purchase price. Sale is non-contingent, failure to close will result in forfeiture of the earnest money. Buyer must secure necessary financing approval prior to the auction.
