Bidders will be required to register and sign terms and conditions prior to or day of the auction. Checks will be made payable to Kvamme Real Estate. Balance will then be due at closing approx. 30 days, on or before. 5% buyers premium applies. 5% will be added to the final price to become the purchase price. Sale is non-contingent; failure to close will result in forfeiture of the earnest money. Buyer must secure necessary financing approval prior to the auction. Sale is subject to court approval and reserves the right to accept, reject or counter any or all bids. The property is sold “As Is, Where Is”, please inspect the property before bidding.
