TERMS & CONDITIONS: The Real Estate will be sold at public auction on Thursday March 31st, 2011. All Bidders will be required to register and sign terms and conditions before bidding on the auction. A Picture 10 and a Bank Letter of Credit are required at the time of registration. The successful high bidder upon completion of the Real Estate Auction must complete and sign a purchase agreement and render a $50,000.00 earnest money deposit in the form of a cashier's check, or certified funds. Please make checks payable to Velde Law Firm Ltd. The balance will then be due upon closing in approximately 45 days on or before. A 5% Buyers Premium will be charged and is payable to Aasness Auctioneers the day of the auction. Sale is non-contingent; failure to close will result in forfeiture of the earnest money. Buyer will receive a Free and Clear Title and be issued a Trustee's Deed at closing. Buyer must secure necessary financing approval prior to the auction.
