Bidders will be required to register and sign terms/conditions prior to or day of the auction. The successful high bidder upon completion of the Real Estate Auction must complete and sign a purchase agreement and render a $10,000.00 earnest money deposit for each individual parcel in the form of a cashiers check, certified funds or a personal check with prior auction company approval or a bank letter of approval stating prequalification for the property. Checks will be made payable to Kvamme Real Estate. Balance will then be due at closing approx. 30 days, on or before. 1 1/2% buyers premium applies which will be added to the final price to become the purchase price. Saleis non-contingent; failure to close will result in forfeiture of the earnest money. Buyer must secure necessary financing approval prior to the auction.
