After 15 years in the Monticello area, Upholstery Industries is relocating out of state and will be selling tools, remaining inventory, cabinetry, collector vehicles, household, and collectibles. No buyer’s premium. MN state sales tax laws do apply. We can use the forklift onsite after the auction close. Please bring assistance to load as we will not have a skid loader onsite auction day.
